Here is why we need to wait for the confirmation of the domain transfer.

Your purchase was made using paypal.
The purchase was for the website VideoDaddy.net which is a domain name with a website.
Since the domain name actually has an ownership and transfer process that is involved with it and the transfer of the domain can be verified, the files are transfered after the domain transfer has been confirmed.

There are actually some out there that purchase sites, push for getting the files to the site sent to them, never accept the domain transfer (because all they wanted were the files to start with) and then they file a paypal dispute stating the purchase was never complete since the domain has not been transfered yet and claim non receipt of items purchased.

Then they take the files, setup a similar site and then sell it after they are granted a refund by PayPal.
So, as you can see, there is a reason why I asked you to let me know once the domain transfer has been accepted. The main reason I ask for this is because GoDaddy does not send out an email immediately after you accept the domain transfer. I have had times where I did not get the confirmation email from them until the next day.

So as you can see there are reasons and it is important that communication occur during any transfer or transaction.
