Viral Marketing Opt-In Move - Please Critique!

I produced my first movie! It is an inspirational movie for viral marketing purposes, designed to attract subscribers to my Parenting Advice ezine.

The movie will be placed in the center column on my new site, www.RaisingSmallSouls.com.

Questions:

Is the speed ok, or is it a bit too fast? (Assuming English is your primary language!)

How would you improve the last page, with the "Subscribe" Button? I was thinking of putting the whole "opt-in" form on that slide, asking for "name", "email" and a "Subscribe" button right there. What do you think?

Regarding your ezine/newsletter subscription, I recommend that you use double opt-in, just to be on the anti-spam side.

Do you intend to have a section on adopted kids, kids with post trauma syndroms etc...? I saw that your are quite specialized on 'at-risk' kids.

I watched the first animal school vid you had. Liked it a lot. Where'd you get the story and music?

 

I watched the first vid (I could not see your latest link), very nice, text a little fast in places on the second lines; made me rush read to catch up.
Nice pics, I don't think that the Zebra has anything to be ashamed of
I found it a touch long (only a touch though), and I did not like the music at the end when it increased pace. I suppose that you are bringing it to a climax, so it's the right thing to do; it's just that it irritated me a little (it was good for the first three minutes).
I think it's good that you have the subscription on the last slide.

Its a nice story and I like the music... but for its purpose it is far too long. I only watched it all because you had posted this thread. I can't see many people sitting there going through all that just to sign up to a newsletter. Perhaps you could shorten it and add jazz it up a bit with some animation because just having text on pictures gets a bit monotonous. If you could animate the stages in the story so that it was more like a movie instead of a slideshow, I think it would get more attention.

Just throwing in my 2 cents...

 

I think it looks great. I found the text a little slow and was not too crazy about the swirly fade in style. However, it was very easy to read.
