I know its Wierd and really HARD to Do it. If successful the chances are that i am going to have more work than i can handle. If not successful (which i am not till date) then i have lost yet again. But i have to get this done. I intend to start a viral marketing campaign. I am registered with Myspace , Yahoo Groups, Google Groups and have tried a few stunts there. But i have not succeeded yet. I want to know if anyone has ever done a viral marketing campaign for a web design company and if they have , i would like to know how successful they have been. I am more keen on knowing how they did it if its not all a secret. The viral marketing is for a web design And SEO company in india. The result should be targetted to web designers worldwide who are looking to outsource work. What benefits can i provide to get these company to list in with me and take my services. I cannot afford to do google adwords again. I have done it and am still planning though but i dont think its really wise to wast 3-4$ a click. Considering the service and the price at which i am providing them , I am looking for the cheapest mode of marketing and i know that Viral Works. Just dont know how. I would appreciate any kind of Response from members regarding this. Please note that i am targetting web designers and I provide web site design And seo for Really cheap rates. Instead of looking for work, why don't you go to getafreelancer.com and register. There are 1,000's of people looking for specific work for their site. It will definitely save you on advertising costs.
To add to factchecker's comments, there are so many freelance jobmarketplaces out there: scriptlance, rentacoder, elance to name a few. Start there, build up your rating and you may find a lot of companies outsourcing their web designs there.
You wrote you own webdesign and SEO company...try to get visitors from SE Ok, joke... Try to make something like Heap Media with http://www.blackle.com/ I know this is not idea, but if i have one I wouldn't be already rich
They are just trying to give other suggestions since no one wants to tune in on viral marketing. I would start developing yourself in several communities where your target market (web designers) hangout (forums, myspace, blogs). This is pretty much free advertising as well. Be active and become known in them. Then you will need to show what kind if work you can do, how fast you can do it, and for how much money to some respected people in these communities. Once you have developed these relationships, I think you will see that the business will come in very fast. It is funny you mentioned this today, I was talking to my co-worker about this yesterday. I think we already found the few contacts we need at the moment, but PM me some info on what your people can do and how much it will cost. I will definitely keep you in mind.

first of all, the best methods to get your traffic are the free methods concerning viral marketing, consider it like walking in New York square (heavy crowded place) and talking loud enough to be heard and understood. the catch is to always have in mind not to be too quiet, so noone listens to you, but also not to be too loud so you get arrested. ) I hope it helps, regards
