Same for me. I have submitted a few by staying on the submit page and changing the values of the fields, drop downs, etc. manually.

Like other posters, I found it took an eternity to load the submit page (using a Macintosh and the Safari browser). That needs some tweaking, or most submitters will just shut it down and move on.
