Am I violating Google's copyright(trademark..etc) with the following site?

    http://howdoesgooglemakemoney.com

It doesn't have much at the moment and I don't want to continue it if it's going to get me in trouble. Anyone have any ideas or comments on this?

    Thanks

With the site, I would say no (not a lawyer). The URL, however, might meet the standards for a UDRP depending on the panel that reviews it.

That's what I don't understand..Why would the domain itself be an issue. I've seen people setup domains like GoogleAdsense.com, GoogleAds, AdsenseAds...etc

Why would it be okay for them to setup sites like that? I mean if it's going to be a violation..why do they even allow us to register it??

Q: Why do I see all these other sites that do it?
A: Others doing something is not the same as that thing being legal. There are men in the Mafia that have operated without ever being arrested. Does that mean they have done nothing illegal? No, it means they haven't been caught. The sheer number of sites like this that get registered would prevent any company from quashing them all. Moreover, many of those sights may have requested permission from Google to use the mark, which if given would make them totally legal.

Q: Why can I register it if it is illegal?
A: It is not the work or mark itself that makes something illegal. It is how it is used. For example, I could register a domain called iLikeToGoOgleWomenAtThePark.com and put up a blog about seeing attractive women in my day to day life. While my domain contains the word google, it is not likely to cause consumer confusion. Trademarks have to be registered in one of several areas. I can have a trademark for clothes while somebody else legally can have the same trademark for cars (different industries).

You might run into trouble using Google's trademark and running Adsense ads. Here is what Google says:
