I am runing a site where I am sharing revenue with a friend, showing 2 ads one from my account and other is from his account on every page.

Now recently I have noticed the Update on Adsense for content (Section 2):

"You shall not display any Ad Unit on a page that contains Ads associated with another Google AdSense customer (e.g., Your Web hosting company), unless authorized to do so by Google."

    https://www.google.com/adsense/terms

    Are we violating the TOS?

    :(

If you read the line that you've quoted it is pretty clear that you are in violation unless you have got authorisation. Why don't you code the site so x% of the time it shows only your ads and the rest of the time it shows your friends ads, that way each page will only ever be showing one persons ad at a time.

Yeah I am pretty sure it is a violation. But I think it has been even before the recent changes.
