I paid this guy for link building 8 months ago. However shortly after they were all deleted. He says he is going to give me the money back, but it has been 7 months since he said this. I am trying to hold off from legal proceedings, but I might have to if I want my money back. If anyone sees him around you, this is a warning to you. Don't deal with this guy!
Exactly, with fucked up judicial system that India has, it will take you 5 years before you will reach the first hearing.
How exactly you are planing to do that? You basically have two options - a) You can file a complain with your local authorities that in-turn will seek help from interpol, that in-turn will seek help from Indian police, once he is arrested by Indian Police then you will need to extradite him over to Your country. Unless the transaction was worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, good luck going that route. b) Another thing that you can do is track down his address, then hire local Indian goons, give them 50K in INR (roughly $1250 USD) to kidnap him and stuff him in a sack, and cargo him to your country. (This might as well kill him in the proccess) Disclaimer: If you choose to go with option b), it only proves that you have an IQ below that of a rock. And I can not be held responsible for any criminal proceeding against you.
