I am working on some online work like Dataentry, Article writing etc. But it is hard to get these jobs. Is anybody know how to get work & how to find legitimate work site? Anybody working on such work please share your views.

Do you have a blog? If you do - you can try getting paid reviews if you a have a great site with good PR.

You can try ur luck with freelance sites like www.getafreelancer.com, guru.com, elance.com or at DP

Do you seriously write articles? coz you need to improve your grammar for sure

These are tough times and every business is seeing the paychecks becoming thinner...

Freelancing is no exception....Just hang on.... or/and start your own site/blog.

DP is already a good place for you to start earning online.

Once you are able to provide good quality work to your clients, then they will be willing to give you more projects to work on and will definitely keep you busy.

There are a lot of sites as http://www.project4hire.com.
What I would do in your place - search on net all the companies you would like to work with, contact them. I am sure you will find some interested in your work.
