Views on Backlinks!

    What is your views on Getting 3000 back links to your website in 6 months.?

    Please provide your views with specific details that can add value to the thread as well as readers.

    The value is in your viewpoint.....
    Some members know very little and can be helped by the smallest piece of information...:))

    Backlinks may be losing some value in the near future...
    Nothing concrete, but the trend from Google seems to be leaning toward devaluation..
    and 3k in 6 months...
    How natural is that??...:confused:

    number of backlinks is kind of old concept and technique, now only quality backlinks thats what actually matters.

    It would depend on the type of backlinks and how quality they are. Number is irrelevant.

    Go for quality backlinks rather than quantity from places such as squidoo and hubpages. Also press releases are excellent backlinks.

    Back link is always best for seo. 3000 back link is valuable.

    I must say, 90% backlinks are quality and all are natural backlinks only.

    Google and Bing are very slow to add backlinks, however Yahoo , AllTheWeb and AltaVista are very generous in backlinks. My target is to take my website from PR3 to PR5 or PR6 within the coming 6 months. Finally my advice is buying one way links in High PR directory with high link popularity such as Defstu.com one of my directory (+30k Backlinks) or submitting your website to a good managed Free Directory will pay back well for your website backlinks.

    3000 backlinks in 6 months, hmmm.. Well this depends on many factors. Are your backlinks high PR? Are your backlinks from edu? Or they are poor quality?
