Viewing Private Profile Photos

    Is there a TRUE way to view the profile even if it's private?

    NO there is no way of viewing private photos, untill your not friends with that person, and he has put in in the allowed list.

    No. Such things have happened due to site glitches in the past, but Facebook always corrects them in a very timely manner.
