    i am unable to see the tool , and maybe because .Net framework is not installed !!
    its 22 MB , it will take long time to download as i have dialup connection...

    If you have .net frame work,
    just download the file an run it!!

    Settings is on the program.

    You can change the minutes or make a vocal alert.
