    Yes. Google.com. Use the AdWords Ad Preview tool so as not to generate unwanted impressions for yourself.

    I didn't know exactly how you do that...All I know is that Google Ad Preview Tool will only display the ads that will most like appear on a web page and not necessarily can be used as a tool to view your competitors Ads per se.
