The issue with certain versions of IE7 browsers is related to changes Microsoft made in how flash objects are embedded on the page. I have found that this does not affect all IE browser and generally a few refreshes will resolve the issue. I believe this issue can be resolved, though it is out of my technical skill capacity to fix it myself. However it hasn't seemed to be that big of a problem as I have not received any e-mail complaints, and as you can see the videos are being viewed many many times

The traffic spike was due to the popularity of a recent video I posted: "Tiger Attack Footage". That particular video was watched over 15,000 times within a 32 hour time span.
