Add an ad next to your video to find out how many clicks / conversions it gets. If it's effective and you get conversions, you can charge quite a bit simply because you will have a proof that visitors take an action after watching a video. Or you can charge a set amount on a banner ad per 1000 video views. Although you probably won't be able to charge that much for a CPM advertising.
Look at Clickbank, they got lots of muscle/slimming products where they pay up to 75% commission. Could be a gold mine.
What is the nature of the video and how can it benefit or grab the attention of people. that is the first thing to think about before tagging price to it. You can even use it to promote other people's products in any affiliate programs, such as clickbank, commission junction, etc. or you can join CPA program and make money with it.

How about a simple opt in to begin collecting those e-mails to market a hundred times over. Just link to an opt in form and start collecting You'll have 10-20k e-mail addresses super fast. I wouldn't give that traffic away when there's so much waiting to be made personally. -Travis
That is probably the best thing you can do. If I had such videos I would be trying to collect as much emails as I possibly can because you can just spam the same users over and over again with different related products.
This is of course the best answer... You could do 2 things... you could just take an easy and put links to some top converting affiliate offers from Clickbank... This way you don't have to worry about copywriting and list building and all that stuff... You'd be throwing money down the drain but it would truly be CASH on autopilot... OR... You could buy a domain, throw together a squeeze page, give away a free report on muscle building and give it away for their email address... Either way, in the video, you need to give them DIRECT instructions with an ANNOTATION telling them to CLICK THE LINK IN THE DESCRIPTION to do whatever you want them to do... Get that money!!!
With that kind of traffic, do whatever you can to capture emails. Free report, webinar, whatever. Once you have them, you can sell to them over, and over, and over...
