Videos for minors?

Well I just got an email today from my hosting company asking me to remove my site from my server as it breaks the law.

" In General.— Whoever knowingly embeds words or digital images into the source code of a website with the intent to deceive a person into viewing material constituting obscenity shall be fined under this title and imprisoned for not more than 10 years. "

    Okay here is the story.....

My girlfriend created a Hannah Montana. I coded the site so that it uses youtube's api. I set a default keyword of "HannahMontana" and those are the videos it shows on the site. With that being said youtube's api can't be limited to just one catagory or keyword. So if you use the search feature on the site you can pull up any videos that you want (as long as their on youtube).

So my hosting company found a video of a girl dancing / stripping (no nudity or anything like that) and they are telling me to remove the site because I'm tricking kids into watching this video. The fact is though that unless you search for strippers on the site there is no way you will come across those videos. I don't feel I'm a fault at all or breaking any laws. If I was breaking the law wouldn't youtube be considered breaking the law too as their the ones serving up the videos?

I'm all for keeping the kids safe online and what not, but unless they search for the content they wont see it.
