VideoJS HTML5 Player Question

Ok, this problem has evaded me all nite tonight.
I have videojs html5 player setup to play h264 encoded MP4's from a couple various servers.
All MP4's on 2 different remote servers all play perfect in IOS (iphone, ipad, etc.), but only the MP4's from one server play in desktops browsers such as chrome and firefox.

If I take an mp4 that is not playing from the one server that does not play on desktop browsers and copy to the server that plays them in everything, it works perfect and plays and even scrubs properly, so my conclusion is its all in how the server is serving the mp4.

What could possibly make the server not play in desktop browsers using videojs but allow it to play in all mobile browser using videojs? I've been suspecting something about Byte-Range, but cannot find info other than the server has to support byte-range. But its plays in mobile so I'm not so sure about this. Remember I can use the same exact video on both servers, so i doubt what is different is the video and its encoding. Just nothing in desktop browser will play at all from this server I am calling 'The non working server' :)

These both are not on the local network, so the links to the video on both are using http

    Any idea?

Thanks in advance for anyone taking the time to think and/or respond to this matter as ive been struggling with this for many hours since last night.
