    hi,

I am constructing a new videohost as videoweed, putlocker and so on. i was wondering what copywriters might do to me? taking down my host is it the max action or they will send me to jail or i will be the new kim dotcom lol haha
and how can i cover myself? is that by writing that bla bla bla usual hosts write it on their TOS or what?

Anywas, i really appreciate your time and thanks in advance

    kind regards for you all

I dont think a TOS would really save you, although this may be illegal but the only 100% safe way to go along with this. Is to use a fake who-is information, use false information when getting a host and domain. Using a offshore host, and writing a TOS. I would also use a VPN at all times. But that would be if you are trying to be on the safe side.

But yeah movies say at the beginning that you can be fined for copying the movie so you could get some fines too.

i am very thankful for your suggestions, so if i did that all and responding to DMCA notices to remove all videos they will complain about i would be close to safe side? some webmasters said that they can't sued people doesn't resident in America or Europe and..is it correct?

If it's someone elses unedited material its not creative expression it's copyright infringement.
You can be totally shut down. Hosting account closed, Internet Service Provider account Closed, If you receive payments through any company - Closed. Just don't do it is my suggestion you could ruin your life and if it's bad enough as far as the monies involved you could actually do Jail Time.
