Hello firstly thank you for all replies in advance. I think legal is correct forum. I am making a wp videography gallery/site of an artist/genre thats fairly niche. Obviously I intend to place these videos/channels on youtube. Adsense on my site and other promos. My Q. If you want to provide downloads directly from your site or from a 3rd party site where you have uploaded the content then you are going to need the authorisation of the copyright holder for the material. If the material already exists on iTunes Store and you simple want to provide affiliate links to it then that is fine.
