videoconferencinginsider.com for sale - PR5

I'm wanting to sell a site/domain/content with traffic. The site comes with 3 unique wordpress themes.

The site is:
http://www.videoconferencinginsider.com/ and is running wordpress. Most of the content is original/unique.

The site is PR5 and comes with it's running one of the unique wordpress theme which I had commissioned. It also comes with two other very nice wordpress themes. All of the themes contain link back to videoconferencinginsider.com, so that's where most of the backlinks are coming from. This site does have some very nice backlinks.

The site gets about 26 uniques a day. Traffic comes from "videoconferencing" related searches and from people looking for one of the themes on the site.

At one time, I was making about $6 dollars per month off of the domain via adsense, but my account has currently been banned for "invalid clicks". I'm innocent, BTW. I tried to get my account back, but it didn't work out.

This might be a nice site for someone who wants some technology-related linkjuice, or someone who is a wordpress fan and wants to get their hands on some unique themes very cheaply.

I don't believe that the domain is banned from adsense, but I can't guarantee that, not sure how to confirm one way or the other.

I'd like to sell the site for anything over $100, if anyone would be interested.

I think this is a nice site with lots of potential for someone who has the time to work it.

Again, I'm trying to be completely honest about the domain and the circumstances regarding adsense.

I had some PM questions about the backlinks...I don't have any backlinks from other sites I own, the PR comes from backlinks that were acquired by the previous owner, but mostly from the 3 wordpress themes that I had built. So, the PR should stay constant after the sale.
