VideoBAM Safe or not?

    I came across the site VideoBAM! http://www.videobam.com/ytube/?new=yes

    Which seems to be an ad revenue sharing site. They feed directly through youtube. They display your ad's 50% of the time according to them. They let google adsense users create there own youtube rss page and get the ad revenue. I was wondering if anyone has tried or heard of this site. Also does it afflict google TOS for adsense.
