Video Units

Are there any special requirements to having video units on your site? I know only one video unit per page, is there any thing else?

 

dont know, but i had one, and someone clicked on it and the money don't add up. It says 1 dollar, but when added up it says 0. So who knows

 

not been to success with them either as i use it on my videos site in signature

 

sanbon, also want to ask if your videos automatically update or do they always remain the same?

 

Right now it looks like they stay the same. But they've only been there for a couple days.

And I think a page impression isn't counted until some one watches a video. But that alone doesn't pay you anything. I think the person would need to click an ad that's attached to the video player. So in a sense they are more like link units than ad units. I might just switch them back to an ad unit.

Well I have them in a place that gets squat all for page views so I may just put the ad unit back. Because they at least count the page impressions.

 

has anyone else found it impossible to edit video units?
no matter where you click, it redirects to youtube profile page
