video units for Adsense?

I just found out that adsense has offered video units as a new product for webmasters to generating revenues early last month:

however, when i check out my account i cant find this new product.

Anyone knows what happened? and how do i get video works for me?

I have checked the adsense FAQ pages and there never mention anything about some account might not get the product..

well , okay but i have seen video ads on us websites , generally on many indian blogs with not much us traffic , so how did it happen
