Since venturing into the world of internet marketing i have purchased my fair share of Ebooks.
Personally i am not a huge fan of reading pages and pages of info. But im loving these step-by-step video tutorials im learning so much from...
I think video tutorials are by far the best and easiest way to learn more quickly and easily without the time and hassle of ready ebooks over and over!
Are you having more success with video tutorial systems over Ebooks? They seem to be coming a lot more popular in the internet marketing niche!
    What are your thoughts?

I'm thinking our society is becoming dumber and dumber with each generation passing, due, partially, to not reading.

Then you have the ones who are just flat out lazy.

So, yeah, these days videos are better than e-books. To increase sales, one should do both, as a combo.

Most of the member is prefer video than ebook. The problem is ebook is more easy to make, many ebook is not good enough, they just summarize the information and make it to ebook which dont helps much. However, good writer can make a lot of ebook eventhrough they know nothing about what they writing. Video is more straight forward, personally i prefer video tutorial

I have noticed some poor quality ebooks that are slapped together and flicked off as products and bonuses

I've found videos to generally be more desirable, and having videos and ebooks (or even audios) is good too. Best thing is to test it out.

    Hello Scott,

Welcome to the world of Internet Marketing :)

Now to answer your question, we are a large corporate web development and internet marketing company, and we give our employees, sales reps, designers/developers books to help keep them up to date.

I think this really depends on how an individual learns best, but we believe that books, both ebooks and hard copy books are better ways, because they are indexed very well, and if you are looking for a topic you can look at indexes and chapter summaries and not have to spend a long time searching through an hour long video saying "where did I see that topic at?"

But, again as I was saying this is really just a matter of opinion and what you are better at learning with.

I's have to say I prefer ebooks. I have a mac and I use spaces a lot so it's easy for me to be working on a project in one space and have the ebook in the other. That way, if I need to see something really quickly in the ebook, I can just shift spaces and see the page that I was on.

If you're watching a money making video for example, and there are a lot of steps, you will have to pause the video, complete step 1, and then click play to watch step 2 and so on and so on. With ebooks, there is no pausing. You simply scroll to whatever page you need and the information stays put. You don't have to constantly play and pause the video.

Another reason I prefer ebooks is because I have found more useful information in ebooks than video tutorials. Then again, I've only downloaded free ebooks and I've only watched free videos. I vowed to never invest money in order to make money and I have actually pulled it off (making a little over $100 daily). Don't bother looking for good money making guides on youtube. It's just people trying to get you to sign up for their paid services. But there are some great free ebooks out there. You just have to look.
