    They are in SWF format. There is a launcher program which you don't have to use if you don't want to.

    Okay. I think I have caused some confusion here and I will explain...

    The download contains .exe files and not .swf files. The .exe files will run the tutorials. The .exe actually contains compressed .swf files like a .zip or .rar file does.

    You can run the .exe files and you will be able to view the tutorials just fine.

    However, if you want to access the .swf files directly you can use WinRar or WinZip to extract them. If you right click on the .exe file you should be able to see an extract option in either WinZip or WinRar.

    Hope this doesn't confuse anyone!!
