Video Traffic

    Hello,
    I need people experience and advices. I would like to know about sending and incoming traffic if you use video chat and video conference. How much Mb sends for 10 minutes? And for 1 minute? If your speed is 256 kbt/s how to size it? How to knowit? Thanks.

    It is not much, because you did´t get high quality pictures/movies, it has also small resolution.
