Video Theme Allowing Users to Submit Youtube & etc Videos?

    I've been looking at various video themes, but I can't seem to find anything that allows users to submit video links -- it seems each one is aimed at only allowing the WP admin to do so. I checked out Wootube, and it doesn't have a user registration/video link submission function as far as I can tell.

    Can anyone point me in the direction of a theme with the functionality I'm looking for?

    I's not necessarily a theme you need, it's the function.
