Hi, I am planning a new blog and I want to put a video feed on the home page. Do I have to get a template that is all ready set up for this, ie, to show the video or will a normal template do this, with a bit of easy code. Thanks in advance
Are you going to be hosting your own videos? Or, will they be hosted at somewhere like youtube? If the videos are going to be hosted at someplace like youtube, most of those sites provide you with an embed code. Just take that code and put it into your theme. If you are going to host your own videos, them you will need to write the code yourself. But either way, most wordpress themes already support this feature. You just need to put the embed code where you want the video.
