Not sure about your budget, but I have KFF (see sig for link) low bounce rate 27-29% avg, avg 9-10,000 uv's a month, 169 pages indexed in google, most movies are in public domain, online since March 09, 80+ forum members (and 1-3 new a week now), no ads (haven't monetized it in any way, yet), lands on first page for "free kung fu movies online", 39% of traffic comes via search engines, 32% direct and 28% from referring sites.

Top three for traffic is The US, Great Britain and Canada. I have yet to really promote the site, in fact I have done zero promotion in the last two months, yet the traffic still grows nicely. With a little work traffic would double.

What is your budget? I have a movie blog that gets a decent amount of traffic and make a few bucks a month.
Interested in your budget before I make the offer though.
