Video Stream Script?

    I want to get a server to upload all my videos on, and then I will embed these videos on my other website. I just need some sort of script to manage all the videos and provide direct links or something to them, maybe control bandwidth usage and whatnot.

    anything like that out there? something like the website zshare.net or videoweed
