I like Clip share is best also phpmotion is fine but all you know that for that we need FFmpeg, Mplayer, Mencoder, Flvtool2 and FFmpeg-PHP on server so need special type of hosting like http://www.cirtexhosting.com/video-script-installer.shtml once you start your site have to upload many videos to start site because you can't start site empty! & update day by day... after all this if you get hug amount of users you might need extra bandwidth & hosting space etc... might be you need dedicated server so might be you can't afford bandwidth costs or spend lots of time updating the content, removing unsuitable content..
