hello,i looking some video site like youtube but for upload video of 25 minutes.video is one TV programme,i don't want that after upload they will delete my video.

I think video.google.com allows really big file sizes

smotri.com is a good choice, but i would prefer video.google.com, as last choice use metacafe.com

I've seen hour-length videos on Youtube before, though. Is there a kinda paid premium upgrade or something that enable longer video uploads on Youtube?

what he is uploading in a full (tv) episode?
if so thouse will likely get removed on youtube.
smotri would probably be your best bet. Though quality is kinda blah..
