Video Site map help

    I have uploaded a video on you tube with proper title tags and keywords.
    i have incorporated that video in my website, Now i need to know what or how to create a video sitemap???

    i am totally new in video seo, so people please help me on this....

    Do please note though that you can't retrieve the actual flash .flv file URL when creating YouTube video sitemaps... But you can see an example here of a sitemap with Youtube videos
