Few comments Kurtis:

1. We'll have so much content covering all skill games that we'll need a full top navigation. Also, fixed width tabs in top navigation are not good since anchor length could vary.

2. Would like to see at least 3 tabs in the right blocks and 4-5 tabs in the main blocks, see the examples I gave in one feedback for category type examples.

3. the additions you made to the slidebar are great.

Another Important Point:

I'm not good with size, but "main area" should be the size of a youtube HD video, and the "ad area" should be 250x250. What size is your current concept?

(Also, all designers wishing to still enter should note to see the feedback I posted on the bottom of the last page.)

Hopefully everyone sees the feedback and uses it to nail the concept. I have trouble getting across the point of how much info we have to organize and display on the backside of things, that I just need layout options to deal with now.

Possible that we'll invite the winning designer to do the inner pages and signup pages as add on work if anyone is interested.

Have I managed to confuse everyone or do we have some more entries coming in tonight or tomorrow?

@mansur, can you show your concept in actual web size for detailed feedback?

I'm concerned about the width of your design, so if the ad is 250x250 the right column options are as well. Make sense?

I can say I'm not a huge fan of those tabs, but your layout is also one of the cleanest that has entered this contest so far. I really like some elements and some need some work.

 

try clicking the image it should zoom into standard size

 

correct the right hand side width is 250 and the main area is same as youtube HD size.

Thanks that did in fact help. I'm going to wait for more concetps before I give extremely detailed feedback.

The best I can say on your design is very clean and smooth, it's missing a bit of the 2.0 WOW feel and I'd like to see social bookmarking icons worked in. I'm going to include this design in any detailed feedback I do.
