Video site established MMA was decent $ be4 banned from adsense

HI guys,

I'm selling a MMA (Mixed marital arts) related entertainment video site. It is currently a PR4 website, with link exchanges hooked up to the major fight network of websites around.
Rated 7th on google for keywords as Fight Videos, and Street fights, results are on first page of google.
Income use to be from adsense was peaking around $13 USD, dropped down without advertising or promoting to $4 usd a day, and now the site is banned from adsense as "hosting gory imagery" ie brutal fight videos which generated huge amounts of traffic was against the TOS. Thus the reason I am selling the site as I cant be bothered with signing up with other alternatives such as adbrite, adengage, bidvertizer etc etc.

Stats: Site has been around for nearly 2 years, almost time for a domain renewal!, unique content, traffic uses around 5-12gb bandwith a day, you get the entire site hosted on the JOOMLA CMS with videos on the gallery watermarked. The entire site was setup manually, so manual updates required, there are scripts available for automatic updates from youtube etc and the funnyvideos script but I dont use that. I'm currently with dreamhost thus a cheap option for large amounts of bandwith and rarely down.
stats from march->august . 109,782 visits, 4.70 pages.visit, 516k page views, 82% of new visitors, nearly the entire visitor database is from the USA/canada.


Promotion tools: When my site was high rolling with money You get included: - *the myspace profile , *youtube profile (with videos hosted), *metacafe profile, * stumbleupon, * del.icio.us. as well, good traffic sources.
63% of traffic are currently from search engines, with 23% are from referring sites, if you utilize the tools above, you get 40%+ and more traffic but takes dedication to post.

average for this month: 18k visits, 4.05 page visits, 76k page views,
down from previous: 32k visits, 5.02 page/visit, 165k page views.


ANymore info please msg, pretty much i'm selling this site since I cant use it on adsense, you get ALL THE CONTENT, over 500+ video clips, watermarked, i think 2-3gb worth of content and you can try your luck on other contexual advertising. if you need screenshots or anything i can send. Cheers
