Video Site Compliance

    I am working on a video site and have noticed that recently all the top banner ads have been hurricane relief and all the right side ads have disappeared completely.

    is this a sign of Adsense punishment?

    Is it your first time adding adsense? If so it might take a while for it to work
    If not, then probably because they run out of ads to show or they capped you to how many impression per unique IP per hour.

    they will show hurricane ads if they caught any illegal or adult content
