Video sharing site??

It's against adsense TOS if i embed some videos, from video sharing site, into my website ??

Its not ok. adsense ads can only be placed on a page with "content", meaning a decent amount of text. You could get away with it if you had a good text description of the video, on the same page, like atleast a paragraph minimum. Adsense ads are relevant to the text it finds on your page, if your page is just a movie, your ads wont be relevant
