    TubeMogul actually allows you to post to multiple video portals all at once! Pretty neat check it out :)

    Yea, you could check out TubeMogul or Traffic Geyser (more expensive) to submit your videos to all of the major video sharing sites. Would save you lots of time. You'll just have to create account at all of the sites first.
