    I know what is that Google has a special type of sitemap for videos. It is called video sitemap. Search for it and you will find it.

    Usually videos helps to get visitors to your site, giving your video a Catchy Title is important, and then optimize it for Important Key Phrases.

    If that video belongs to YOU, you are the one who posted it on video site such as YouTube. Your YouTube video will have your link, title, description and tags, that is how your video gets indexed by Search Engines. Google loves to index youtube because they are one family. So when someone searches in Google, and your YouTube video matches some keywords, it will appear in the results. Therefore some traffic from your video.

    IT IS NOT POSTING OTHER PEOPLE'S VIDEO ON YOUR SITE AND YOU WISH TO GET TRAFFIC.
