Video Script, youtube like script needed - read for more info

Hello.
I have a client that wants to run a video site script (something like youtube) but i have difficulties to find a script that he likes, so here i am here to ask for more informations from those that are more into this field.

What my client needs from this script:
1). Ability to upload video files
2). Ability to show youtube video files (embed)
3). Template based backend , easy to customize
4). Best configuration, low loading files script to prevent high CPU usage

If you know a script that has all these functionality let me know please. I have found many scripts but some would not support both (ability to upload files and display youtube video files (embed)), other would not be easy to modify the look etc.

I would appreciate any help.

 

Well you can easily make all of those(upload your own video or emed it from youtube) using joomla ...

Well well it is not that what my client wants. I have offered him to do that with WordPress, but he wants a videoscript (i believe he wants to achieve a more professional look).
