I want to know that how to use video for promotion and how it is helpful in SEO.

 

Post a video to youtube, insert your links.

 

You should create videos on your particular theme and you can add your url on the video like a marquee or maybe static and then try to get views for your video. Videos with most views will rank on top.
Obviously get an appropriate title for your video matching your targetted keywords.

yea, just be real descriptive when the title using your keywords. when people search for keywords, relevant YT videos are often at the top.

i use video for promotion is when i show a simple or short video then i use watermark to and embed it.
