Hi Friends, We are looking for some "Video Posters" for our cricket based website for the India-South Africa Series and the IPL Series. Job Profile: 1. When the match is being played, you need to search for videos every 2-3 hours on daily motion/youtube and incase a new video has been uploaded you need to copy the video URL and title. 2. Next,you need to create a new thread, and paste the video URL in the thread. 3. Thats all.You dont have to type anything, just plain copy-paste. Conditions: 1. You need to keep add as many videos as possible to this thread related to that particular day's game. 2. You should know about Indian Cricket otherwise it will hard for you to get the correct videos. Pay You need to let us know your charges on per video basis or per thread basis. Also let us know if possible how many matches you can cover. The best offer will get this job. Cheers

Pranith your rates are on the high end because a thread for one day of cricket will usually contain like 12-15 videos,so according to your cost it comes upto ~ $10. So if its a test match, that would be $50. Thanks for the reply though ...

I am sure you will do the justice for payment terms. I will not raise any issue for payment terms later on. But I have few query ... 1) As you mentioned that you need some posters ... so suppose with me if you select other one also and he also post the same video as I did ... then how you are going to pay and to whom ... 2) What type of thread you are talking about and where it should be posted. 3) Can I use ishare (from rediff.com) ... yahoo videos and metacafe ... Hi Lalit, The other posters will only post for matches you won't be able to cover,so dont worry about that. We have a vbulletin forum where you will have to create a thread for today's game you will create a thread titled like this: "1st Test - India vs South Africa - Day 1 Highlights" And then you will post the video URLs for todays play inside this thread. You can use youtube,dailymotion,metacafe and some other sites as well....not sure about ishare. Let us know your rate as others and like we said best offer wins. Thanks Mick
