Video Player

I need a software to play videos on my site that users upload. The site is nothing like youtube but essentially something just like that is what i am looking for. Any idea where i can get something like this?

Have you tried searching the forum? there are tons of scripts that work like You Tube that will allow people to create an account on your website and upload videos. Use the search box to find some examples.

i dont think he wants just a player
i think he wants a full script something that users can upload videos and play the video without him having to code and and or encode the video to play!
there is a few i can show u if that is what your looking for
