I would like to upload a home made training video on my web site. What do I need to do in order make it viewable.

Why is this posted in reviews?

The easiest way to do this would be to upload your video to YouTube (or something similar), then embed the video in your site. This way you don't need to worry about using up your hosting bandwidth, or finding a host that can stream your video smoothly.

This also gives you the opportunity of getting some traffic from people browsing YouTube.

Adbrite will provide you with an income producing viewer. You have to host your video somewhere though
