Hey guys, I've seen dozens of questions lately in the forum, mostly people complaining of their low income with Clickbank, some users still struggling to make their first sale. I've put up recently two threads to help you get started with article marketing and a few other costless methods to promote Clickbank. If you haven't read them yet you can check them out here: #1 Free Traffic Strategies That Work #2 Killer Article Marketing Tips To Know The sad truth is that not many people are taking action on these methods, but that's a different story. (I guess they probably don't have a clue about how much money there's to be made). This thread is dedicated to Video Marketing solely that is by far one of the easiest methods to generate traffic to your affiliate offers. Video marketing is not only effective, free but less time consuming that all the other methods put together, and yet not many people are taking advantage. I've been using Youtube for almost two years to promote my affiliates sites and made a lot of money too. Everyone's looking for "easy ways" to generate traffic but as everyone knows you'll need targeted traffic to bring the highest conversions. Search engine optimization is an on-going process, that's very time consuming, article marketing whilst very effective it can be quite costly and time consuming .. yet many people end giving up fast. That's exactly what many of you haven't realized is that video marketing is by far one of the most effective and efficient ways to drive traffic to your site without spending a dime. A lot of regular Internet users are using Youtube to look for all different sorts of products, ranging from digital to psychical goods, that's why I like to call it "The Video Search Engine". Videos are tailored made to set off emotional triggers in viewers and if you haven't implemented in your campaigns you should do straight away. It's not a secret anymore, and you may have noticed already that videos in general are everywhere in the marketing medium. (from small to top marketers everyone's using them. Q. Have you ever wondered why? A. The benefits are endless in video marketing... 1) First of all.., videos will give you more credibility and WILL turn higher conversions than any other marketing techniques if done correctly. 2) Youtube ranks very well on Google, yet many of your videos might be featured on the first page and get a ton of targeted traffic if you use the right keywords as your tags and in the description. 3) Great/Interesting/Quality Videos can go viral if you promote them in the social media. (First you have know your audience and if there are potential customers in the niche that you're promoting) Problem is, not everyone has the capabilities to edit or create their own videos.. Nothing to worry, I rarely make my own movies because I don't have the required skills either.. But you can always use some of the already existing videos on Youtube (use youtube downloader to download them). Or outsource your videos for as low as $10 - $20 - $30 per video .. There's two ways to link from an Youtube video to your affiliate site.. You can either watermark your videos or add your domain in the short description of your videos. (or you can do both) It's very similar as you would do in article marketing but a lot more effective and less time consuming. TIP! Youtube's not the only video sharing website (it's by far the largest but there are tons of other similar services online that you can take advantage of. I personally use http://www.tubemogul.com/ to distribute my videos. > What you say ? Feel free to add more tips and share your experiences with video marketing.
another great thread from you precious.but what type of videos do you upload.i mean self made like you in front of camera describing about a product or downloading related videos and upload them again by watermarking or something else.if it is something else then please tell.and also which is more effective
Great thread. I have just one observation to share, please correct me if I am wrong. Video marketing does not work with all type of products. How many hits do your videos get per month in average? Another thing I am interested is how much description affects the search result? Will putting more keywords in the description help?
So I uploaded my first videos to Youtube, but do you have any tips on how to get traffic to them? I have tagged them.
Traffic will find them ... do not worry ... just sit and relax, for now. After couple of weeks you can check the views you are getting, and if still low you need to make some changes, in the title or in the tags. P.S. Do not sit and relax I take that back...put some more videos
@laxman363 You can make your own videos/ slide show presentations / personal reviews of the product if you can put such a video together. Or.. you can download related videos and re-upload them with your domain in the description and watermark them (watermark the video entirely) There's not an average number of views, it depends on how much you promote your videos, how they get indexed (obviously to ramp up the traffic to your videos you'll need to promote them. (you can get a decent number of views simply uploading your movies and some sales but your main target should be to rank your videos on Google. (and it's not that hard at all, since youtube tends to rank very high even with minimal efforts on your side. That's a good idea, actually I could but not very soon since I'm quite busy with other projects unfortunately. Good points, in fact the keywords in the title and the tags are vital.
but youtube claims that they delete duplicate videos and does keyword reseach apply here also.i mean should the tags be only of those which are low competetion or just include every tag that is related to the video thats the last thing you should do precious.i wanted to mention it before how people with less content than yours selll ebook which are not too good.your tips are great and you are one of those who want to help people seriously.your threads are gold mines.i dont understand why people dont just put content for free even though they earn good money.however you are an exception and i would reccomend you to be so
I have been a member of the forum for quite a bit of time, and I think that someone should bring some value to the forums somehow since it's going down the drain lately.
I'm sure that video marketing can make huge success, but the problem how I can get my videos? Where I can outsource videos for that price you mention above??
There's quite a few places to find freelancers that offer their video services: I've found someone on Facebook for example and has done some videos for me till date, but you can also outsource your videos from: Elance.com, Freelancers.com.
video marketing is my favorite way to get target traffic and make sales through Clickbank and other CAP offers! I'm working now about advanced technique to increase my views without buying them or anything else! because I don't believe that
video Marketing is easy way to get good Traffic and Google Rank too if people do that effectively , i have don more tan 100 videos for my clients and there feed back and response about traffic is coll, this post is g8 for marketers , and i am agree with Precious007 not many people taking action and i think that's the main part Without action no result soo after reading good information like this ( and killer article marketing ) take action for youtube , Good Title Description ( with in 1st 5 words your website url + keyword , but please try not to look like spam ) keywords if you want you can do some social bookmarking of your video that's helps too + upload you video to near about 20 more website for some more result .... good luck to all
@ precious007 - Do you know any similar site to tubemogul...it's been a while since I used it and now I see they have paying policy. Thanks.
I've noticed they have a monthly membership now. Haven't used Tubemogul for a while ;-) I guess there are quite a few other free video distribution services, you'll have to look them up on Google.
