I sell herbal products. I know people are on youtube alot and look for information and everything on there about videos. So, how do I go about launching a campaign to take advantage of this? I plan to do some informative videos, but these take my actual time and I don't have time right now to make and edit a bunch of videos. How do you make informative videos about your products and site? through animated videos? working with static pics and voice over? any help is appreceated.
You can promote your product through your niche related videos currently uploaded at youtube. Find out some videos that have no link at description box & send an email to the owner of those videos that you like to add your website link to their videos. And offcourse offer them a fixed value or some percentage of revenue. When I got bored to make such videos I do the same thing. Give it a try.
Download some video from your niche from different share video website, then put watermark and upload to YT, also you can buy some comments and likes to boost your video.

You won't know for sure unless you actually TRY it yourself. I've seen people doing great job by just making simple slide show videos, while that same tactics delivers absolutely no results for other people who are in different niches... By wild guessing I assume an informative slide show (benefits, bullet points, product images) with a voice over can indeed bring great results, but that's just a guess - nobody can tell you for sure since every niche is different, specific and unique.
