Hi I am looking a person with some experience in video creation who can create a comprehensive tutorial, starting at ground zero, going all the way to advanced skills. This should include everything you need to know in order to make a good quality TV commercial (would include relevant skills in ADOBE PREMIERE, AFTER-EFFECTS, etc as well as any other software you need for special effects.) THIS IS NOT AN ANIMATION TUTORIAL. The total fee is $300 and the tutorials should be created on camtasia studio with audio narration also, in good English. It should be kid-friendly, and should be understandable to an intelligent ten year old kid.
