    We need some one to make videos:

    1) make subtitles
    2) make some links on the videos
    ...
    other simple skills

    Then upload to youtube, metacafe, register on it then upload.

    I think, that you can try software to make it self :)

    For example, I know that VideoCharge Studio can do it very easy!
