video is not playing well in youtube

    Hello to all users of DP.
    i've p3 system xp enabled (service pack 1). i don't knw wht is the problem with my system. when i play any downloaded movie in my system its nt play continuous. same prob. in online video when i play online video its also not play continuous.
    plz suggest me a good solution to play movie normaly.
