    Is there a way to optimized the blog that contains video? Let say, I want to rank the video in my blog is there any tag like alt tags in image.

    If you want to rank on your Video related Blog you must have to choose your Related anchor text of your Blog. Like Video games, movie trailers and more...

    Because you cannot optimized a video file right?:rolleyes:

    Use YouTube to get more free visitor. Some video bloggers getting 1000+ visits using YouTube.

    You can use basic SEO practice. Use keyword in file name believe me this will help for Google's text matching technique.
