The site shows up as the Second result for the term "Free Video Hosting" in google the site has some very solid and strong high PR back links with a lot of blog reviews and is listed in a lot of directories the PR is expected to be 6 in next update.Currently its not getting a lot of traffics from google because we used zango on the website and google placed a warning on the site( We have removed everything this should resolve shortly) Normally the site gets 1-2k vistors a day from search engines. The site has a very stable traffic, around 4000 uniqe vistors a day. The site is using a highly modified version of clip-share pro script. The Server cost is around $100-130 / mo and the current server could be used by the new owner. People usally submit a lot of videos but I rather add my own videos which takes about 10 mins a day.
